What types of businesses do you work with?
We will work with any type of business! The way to approach social media is different based on what type of business you have. There is no one “cookie-cutter” method that works for each an every niche. We are here to put the time in to find out what works best for your business specifically, no matter what your niche is.
I don’t want a full time service, can you teach someone how to do this in our company?
Yes! If you have a person in your company that is willing to learn, we are more than happy to show them the ropes and how to best manage social media for your business. We can do this either though creating in-depth posting plans for your team to follow, or simply showing them what they need to do. We’ll work with you on your needs!
Do you provide photography / content?
We have an in-house photographer and videographer we work with you for content creation if needed. Some companies already have content, but just need someone to post and keep track of their social media. We can do both.
What social media platforms do you use?
Instagram and Facebook are our most popular, but we have experience with Youtube, Pinterest, Twitter, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Linkedin Blogs, Wedsites, and so much more. We will customize based on your needs as a company.
is this all online or in person?
We would love to meet you in person! Although we are a vitual company, our team is mostly located in Nashville, TN. If you/your business are in the Middle Tennessee area, let’s meet for coffee! If not located in Tennessee, give us a call. We are willing to work online or in person.
How DO YOU KNOW WHAT WILL WORK BEST FOR MY BUSINESS?
We interview members of your team and do a target maket analysis for your business to recommend the best options for you. We do A/B testing to see how audiences react and use that information to best customize your social media approah.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
We can have your social media platofrm up and running in as little as 24 hours after the team interviews and market analysis. However, organic growth takes time and depends on your content, niche and market needs.
I’m just a small business and can’t afford to spend much on marketing. how can this be affordable for me?
We can customize your marketing plan based upon your budget. We offer services in all price ranges from initial setup and planning to full scale management and monitoring of your social media platform. We’ll work with you to design a plan that best fits your budget.
why wouldn’t I just setup my own social media and use a service to buy followers?
Those types of services tend to boost followers initially, but they tend to fall off quickly. To maintain your followers, you must have an ongoing marketing plan to continue to analyze and post content that is based upon the needs of your target market. We use proven tactics to keep the interest of your followers so they stay with you long term.
